What it does
Shoppers ask a question in a chat widget (“do you have this in a size 10?”, “what’s your return window?”). The assistant answers from the store’s real products, policies and pages instead of making things up.
How it works
- Python RAG service: store content is chunked, embedded and indexed. Each question retrieves the most relevant chunks and the model answers only from them.
- WordPress plugin (PHP): the chat widget on the storefront and the endpoints that keep the index in sync with the WooCommerce catalogue.
